Hello, I’m JR Wolters, a dedicated individual with a deep passion for remodeling and repair. As a youth, I was fascinated with Lincoln Logs and Legos, and built homes out of cardboard using a Xacto knife and elmer’s glue. Over the years, I spun this childhood curiosity into a real-life application of transforming the mundane into useful, beautiful spaces.
I have lived in the Valley for over 45 years. A native of the Netherlands, my family proudly immigrated and became U.S. citizens in the mid-70s. I have kept my hands and ideas in homes for years, starting with my own homes, then that of several relatives, until branching out to start a business.
I have converted 1940s, drafty, sad homes on the Bench into diamonds that garnered three times their purchase price. I Have assisted elderly and disabled people with furnace filter changes to complete floor changeovers (carpet to laminate for less tripping hazards).
Starting out on multiple personal home and rental properties, I have had years of experience honing my skills in managing projects, design, and execution. I thrive on the challenge of taking a vision and turning it into a reality whether it’s renovating a kitchen, building a deck, or remodeling an entire home.
I take pride in my attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. I believe that a well-designed and well-built space can enhance the lives of those who inhabit it, and I am dedicated to creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
When I’m not on a job site, you can find me riding motorcycles, enjoying a day in the hills on my snowmobile, or hanging out at home with my wife and our peekapoo, Max.
